- The gas spring system for mold is a high-pressure system. It is required user need to install and operate correctly so as to make sure its safety, expected use effect and best lifetime.
- When the gas spring connected with system, we have to take off the charging valve inside the gas spring.
- The position of integrated controller in mold needs to prevent mechanical damage. And its position should be higher than gas link and gas spring which are inside the system.
- This way can be avoided lubricating oil running out too much inside the gas spring when system discharged.
- Only can use nitrogen. If using other gas, it may happen personal safety accidents and caused damage of gas spring and integrated controller.
- Charging pressure can not bigger than its specified maximum charging pressure (Generally 20°C 15Mpa). When lower than 20°C, the charging pressure of gas spring is 18Mpa, please do not use integrated controller which is included safety explosion-proof screw plug.
- After finished to connect hose, using the inspection fluid to check whether the connection part is leaking through the bubble method.
- When discharging gas in the gas link, we should make sure the pressure gauge pointer is 0 and discharging valve is ON.
